Great location just a short walk to the shopping and restaurant area as well as the ferry to Cozumel. the staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. the breakfast provided was delicious and the wifi was super-fast and stable.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find, so make sure to ask the security staff for directions. the soundproofing in the rooms was not great and I could hear noises from the street early in the morning.

As young travelers, we loved the convenient location just minutes away from Playacar beach and 5th street entrance. The staff, especially Miguel, were friendly and always eager to assist. The breakfast provided was excellent and we found great value for the money.
